Macworld Digital Photography Superguide by the Macworld staff looks awfully familiar.  This is a slick print-on-demand multicolored cover and page book based on articles gleaned from the past issues of Macworld.

The book is divided into 6 sections. In the How to Buy a Digital Camera is the guide on how to pick one. How to Get Great Shots talks about mastering the basics, secrets of flash photography, learning from Metadata mistakes, creating panoramas, and doing infrared photography. How to Stay Organized discusses managing photos in iPhoto 5 and a few iPhoto tips and tricks. How to Bring Out the Best in Your Photos  has write-ups on calibrating  the monitor, looking inside iPhoto 5’s editing tools, using an external editor for troublesome shots, using Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 an dhow to take advantage of Photoshop CS2’s Camera Raw plug-in. How to Turn Pixels into Prints  obviously discusses printer issues such as picking the right ink-jet printer, going over some troubleshooting tips, looking at online photo services, creating iPhoto books and sharing photos online.  The book finishes up with How to Protect Your Photos with developing a backup plan, some stories of how 3 digital photographers protect their work and keeping a catalog of archived images.

What makes this an obvious tell-tale from online is that the Updates and Feedback section at the front of the book says “click here” without showing the link.

If you like lots of full color pictures and a quick guide, why not take a peek at this online book that can also be had in hard-copy?
