With a world at war, it is nice once in a while to reflect on more elevated universal things like Peace. Alicia Ghiragossian makes spirits soar through poetry.
Approaching Universal Love and Peace from the direction of Quantum Physics and rich meta-dimensional metaphors the study of light at the bio-molecular level and the theme of ÒPeace has lost its own peaceÓ. Laments for compassion, justice and love.
The book has English on the left page, Spanish and Armenian on each right page. The back of the book has 2 discs, one DVD with a video collage on peace in all three languages from poetry by Brian J. Kronenberg and the other disc is a CD with three tracks, each about 15 minutes long and in each language, with Chopin music as background and the voice running through about 7 minutes with more music filling the rest.
The book is filled with introspections on war, genocide, forgiveness and hope. The book is a compendium of poetry from others besides Alicia Ghiragossian, such as Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa and Nelson Mandela.
And yes, the book delves into mysticism and spiritual awareness and possible pathways to healing with a pretty neat concept of tapping into the frequencies that affect human behaviour and can change the universe. We just have to learn how to harness it.
Alicia attempts to bring us up from darkness into light, even as she describes manÕs worst inhumanity to man that has to make the gods cry in anguish at the brutality and uncivilized behaviour we do to ourselves on the only planet so far known to have abundant life everywhere.
ÒNow there is room for miracles.Ó
