Introduction

Pzizz 2.3 is the newest upgrade to this revolutionary power-napping and sleep software developed by Brainwave Enterprises, a developer of specialized software. It’s a life-enhancing tool that can be used anytime, anywhere, and is customizable to the individual users’ needs. The regular use of pzizz software has been proven to reduce stress levels, improve decision-making abilities and enhance overall day to day functioning.

Getting Started

After you install pzizz, you can watch the short tutorial video/screencast “Welcome to pzizz”. It takes you through “License Key Installation”, “Preset Creation” and “Exporting Soundtracks”.

For the first of these three, the screencast shows you step by step, how to install a license key for the energizer module. It explains how the module can be installed but not licensed, the latter of which has to be done in order to be able to start using it. The default energizer module is 20 minutes in length and the default sleep module is 60 minutes in length.

For “Preset Creation”, the presentation shows you how to quickly create a sample soundtrack preset. The options allow you to name your preset, choose between stereo and aurora 3D voice effects, and choose when you want to hear the spoken suggestions (“Regular”, “Intro and Wakeup Only” and “No Voice”). Using horizontal sliders, you can also adjust the soundtrack length which can range from 0 - 60 minutes and you can set a delay for the alarm which plays at the end of the soundtrack, which can range from 2 - 10 seconds. Using vertical sliders, you can adjust voice and music volumes. There is a button “test levels” which allows you to check the volume settings you’ve chosen. Click the “okay” button and you’re done.

Using these options, you can create an infinite variety of your own customized modules. For example, you can create anything from a quick 15-minute energizer module to a 90-minute super energizer module.

For “Exporting Soundtracks”, you are shown how to export a few soundtracks to iTunes. With a few easy steps, you can choose which soundtracks you want to export to either your iTunes library or to a folder. From there you can load it onto your mobile device.

To get the most out of pzizz, check out the handy hints provided at this link:

The program also comes with “pzizz Help”. There are 4 sections: a guide to help you learn about pzizz’z features, info about the pzizz creation team, an F.A.Q. which addresses common problems, and info on purchasing a license key.

Using the Software

I first tried the Energizer module called “Default Energizer”. It is 20 minutes in length, with music, soundscapes, sound effects and a relaxing male voiceover. I really enjoyed the variety and combination of music, sound and voice and felt refreshed and energized at the end. The alarm beeps at the very end weren’t jarring or too loud - they were just right and all that is necessary if you want to make sure that you wake up in case you happen to have fallen asleep during the module. I highly recommend the Energizer module (or your own customized one) for those times in the middle of the day when you need a “time-out” and are able to get away and do it.

I then listened to a large portion of the “Default Sleep” module. This one also has a relaxing male voiceover but the music and sounds are different than those used in the Energizer module. I found that this module was really effective in helping me to relax and go to sleep in the right frame of mind...quiet and calm. The voiceover is very well done – it’s interesting to listen to and it isn’t continuous but rather intermittent as with the changes in music and sounds.

I also created a few of my own modules with and without voiceover and of varying lengths and they worked well too. Using the features I mentioned earlier, I created a couple of shorter sleep modules for example, with and without voiceover, and they are just fine to use as well. I really like how you can customize the modules to suit individual needs - it’s a very valuable and useful feature.

At this point I should mention that prior to this review, I had already been using pzizz. I created a pzizz sleep module without voiceover, and I’ve been using it in conjunction with some of my favourite visualizations. I must say that pzizz works very well when used in this way as well. Not only is it easy to go through the visualizations when accompanied by the soundscapes, music and sound effects used in the pzizz sleep module, but when done before bed, it really does help me to sleep better. So, you can really go one of three ways: sleep module with voiceover, sleep module without voiceover, or sleep module with no voiceover accompanied by your own visualizations.

Conclusion

Pzizz is a great tool for anyone looking to reduce some of the daily stress in their lives or for those who would like to sleep more deeply, soundly and consistently at night. You can sync any number of customized soundtracks to your mobile device and are good to go anywhere, with pzizz available to you at the touch of a button. From new parents to professionals to athletes, this is an invaluable tool for relaxation and better sleep.

Recommendation

I’ve been using pzizz myself for a number of months, and I highly recommend it to anyone. With the free trial and money back guarantee, you can’t go wrong and have nothing to lose anyway. Besides regular physical exercise, pzizz is probably one of the best things you can do to improve your overall health. Pzizz would make a great gift for anyone on your list : )
